This harden chrome Olympic curl bar features diamond knurl grips for an improved gripping experience for users to perform free weighted barbell workouts such as deadlifts, curls, squats and more. The curl bar fits only Olympic weight plates and has specially crafted bolt fastened sleeves to ensure that this barbell has been designed for commercial use, tested by 100's of gyms Australia wide with a 0% fail rate.
